The maximum number of occupants per apartment is two adults per bedroom plus one additional occupant. ex. three bedroom can have seven adults. Our guest policy is guests are allowed; after 14 days of staying in unit they need to be screened and added as an occupant. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
